The Spring Swap is wrapped! Ways to sign up and help us:

1-2 hours is great - many hands make light work.
Come over during the week of drop-offs during the on-site hours and help us setup tables, sort items, and lend a hand to help people bring in their treasures (ground floor location this time!!)

Drop-off/Pick-up of early drop-off site totes in Gardiner (thank you, volunteer!), Clyde Park (thank you, volunteer!), and Big Timber around the week of the Swap to make sure contributions get to Livingston in time for the swap
Help move furniture out of the swap space on Monday & Tuesday, 4/28-29 to make room for our treasures
Sorting drop-offs and arranging on tables
11-12 - Swap Day drop-off time
12-1 - open to swappers (swap first, then come help us tidy :))
1-3:30 - open to all
3:30-4 - begin sorting supplies for donations and storage
2-5pm - open to Programs and Groups for donations
5-6pm - transport tables, donations, and tubs to storage or Studio49
15 plastic storage tubs/totes with lids to store leftover supplies (clean inside) -- thanks Sister Cities Garage Sale!
20 small but strong magnets -- thanks, volunteer!
10 metal bookends (with the magnets, these will hold our category signs)
Coffee/tea/water for our small gathering area to take a break and chat
15 tables - loan or donate
